Tushar has written, directed and produced over 150 films - corporate infomercials, documentaries and commercials. Serving prestigious clients across FMCG, Real Estate, Engineering, Government Institutions, etc.
His first film 'Pashan Palvi' got a special screening and appreciation by the Prime Minister’s Office, New Delhi, while another of his films on children’s learning 'Little Dreamers' was showcased on CNBC TV18. Among his various stints, he has been a Strategic Planner / Creative Advisor in Advertising, and Marketing Head in a Health Food FMCG. He is a member of MENSA and holds a degree in Computer Engineering.
He loves to write, travel and occasionally cooks up a storm in the kitchen too!
Kishor Dashpute

Kishor Dashpute, is one of the principal driving forces at TaleSmith Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
With over a 100 successful films to his credit as a producer, he not only manages business but also formulates key business strategies. Being keenly observant, Kishor is always on the lookout for perfect win-win partnerships, and is dedicated to bringing the right people and businesses together. Lasting relationships and formidable friendships have been his greatest assets.
Kishor is also the founder of Infini Global Group, where he offers his services as a multifaceted business consultant across Media, Advertising, Exports & IT; with 'The TaleSmith' being one of the group companies.
Yogesh Baviskar
Head - International Operations
Yogesh Baviskar, is a technology professional with keen interest in media and digital solutions.
Based in Reading, Berkshire, UK, Yogesh manages clients across UK and the Middle East.
He is a SAP BW Certified Consultant with more than 18 years of IT consulting experience. His interest and expertise includes architectural solution design, requirements analysis and workshops, interface design and development.
