Niren is our master writer. He writes stories, screenplays and lyrics for films and music produced by The Talesmith. Niren has written upwards of 50 plays in his native Gujarat.His plays are still today running on Gujarati television. Niren has been in love with Hindi and Urdu poetry since he was a little boy. He is a self confessed devotee of Mirza Ghalib and Harivanshrai Bachchan.

Jatinder Sharma aka Jitu has more than a decade of experience as a DOP in Bollywood.He has been the 2nd unit DOP for films such as Laga Chunari Mein Daag, Mission Istanbul & Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. He has shot scores of TV commercials for prestigious brands.

Surendar... or Bunty as he more affectionately known is a creative consultant for The Talesmith. Besides that, he also handles the bag of laughs which he is ever willing to open. There isn't a dull moment with this joyous soul around. Bunty has over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry with stints at JWT and Lowe. He now runs his own agency called The Blue God.
